They are full of practical, down-to-earth wisdom applicable to anyone who is interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the dhamma. Listening to these reflections has really helped me deepening my insight into some key concepts and teachings of the Buddha and i am very grateful to Venerable Sumedho the Amaravati Sangha for making these available in such a convenient manner.
